Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Dealers are required to provide accurate business details and maintain the confidentiality of
their login credentials.
Users are fully responsible for all activities occurring under their accounts and must promptly
report any unauthorised access.

4. USER AND DEALER OBLIGATIONS
Users and Dealers agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is false, misleading,
defamatory, unlawful, or infringes the rights of others.
Dealers must ensure that all vehicle information, documentation, and pricing details are
accurate and verifiable.
Santonis reserves the right to verify listings and suspend or terminate accounts found in
breach of these obligations.

5. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Platform belong to Santonis
or its licensors.
Dealers grant Santonis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce,
and display their listings, photos, and related materials for marketing and promotional
purposes across all platforms and media channels.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the
Platform without written consent.

6. PAYMENT AND FEES
Certain services or listing options on Santonis may require payment of non-refundable fees.
All payments must be made according to the rates displayed on the Platform or as otherwise
agreed in writing.
Santonis reserves the right to revise its pricing structure or payment methods at its discretion,
with reasonable notice to registered dealers.

7. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
While Santonis strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date listings, it does not guarantee the
authenticity, completeness, or reliability of information provided by dealers or users.
Buyers are encouraged to independently verify any details before making purchasing or
financial decisions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Santonis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but
not limited to lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use or inability to use the Platform.
Santonis does not assume responsibility for any transactions, disputes, or losses between
dealers and users.
Dealers are solely responsible for their representations and for any consequences of their
conduct on or off the Platform.

9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Santonis, its owners, directors,
employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, liability, or expense (including legal fees)
arising out of:
a) your use of the Platform,
b) any content you submit, or
c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
Santonis reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a user or dealer
account without prior notice if it determines, at its discretion, that the user has violated any of
these Terms, engaged in fraud, or acted in a manner harmful to the Platform or other users.
Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms shall immediately cease.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Santonis respects user privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with its
Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
